I have a tale to tell, about me.
I have never been a computer whizz, the most i did was look on e bay occasionally, then, i saw this young boy on tv in Britains Got Talent, and i was impressed, very impressed, and i voted for him every week, i was so moved by his performances , that i took courage and looked for him on youtube, (via assistance from my son).i watched his performance over and over, and then decided to find his website,(my son came to my aid yet again). After a few weeks of just looking at the posts on the forum i decided to join, but never posted on it, untill one day with a lot of encouragement from Pearl (thank you Pearl) i started to post short sentences, the rest, as they say is history, im on here every night and day.
Well because of the nature of andrews site we can go to facebook ,youtube, bebo ect, to see him and about him, this taught me venture into exploring my computer more, and i am now a
regular facbook user as well.

well linda what a truly remarkable story thanks for sharing that with us.its amazing how this bit of technology in front of us can change our lives. im so happy for you and your family and hope to hear more about them when the time is right.xx
You sound so thrilled to have found your siblings and I hope that you will all find happiness in your newly found family. The Internet is a powerful tool as you have demonstrated and it is heartwarming to hear that joining a young choirboy’s fansite could have such a far reaching effect on you personally. It must be so exciting and interesting for you to be finding out what has been happening to everyone in the intervening years. Congratulations and all good wishes for a happy outcome. Pearl xx
Thank you everyone, I will keep you all posted with my progress, after all ive waited this long i can wait a bit longer,
I am keeping in touch by e mail with carole at the moment, catching up together with family`s, (i happen to have more family so im doing most of the talking).

I have to quote this part, Linda. It’s also Pearl that made me post more in this site. I joined only last December and I thought it was a bit late for me to catch up since this site’s been running for quite sometime. Until one day, Pearl sent me a short PM that made me feel I belong. That’s so sweet of her. I have to tell her that I was sort of intimidated at first with her being kind of formal, but I was proven wrong. Now, we’re actually talking and I’ve learned to love the kind lady. Now, I’m enjoying this to bits.
It’s amazing to find good friends whom you can actually share good things with from thousands of miles away, especially those about Andrew.
I agree with you. I thank Andrew that he made us united and brought us all together in this site regardless of nationality. What a boy!
I also am happy for you being reunited with your siblings.
And I also agree with you there blackcat. I didn’t post much either because I felt so “left out”...Pearl knows why, and she was gracious enough to help me out in a BIG BIG way and so I now too fell like a part of this big Andrew-loving family thanks to her and a few others who held a hand in it. Pearl...you ARE a rare gem indeed and I thank you for it. And Linda, I also did the same...saw Andrew on BGT and couldn’t get enough so I too went in search all over the internet for him and that beautiful voice of his. I’m glad I didn’t throw in the towel because I wouldn’t have made the friends on this site that I have if I did....ok...I’m being warm and fuzzy now aren’t I? I’ll stop, I promise!!! LOL!

Almost but not quite yet, just the one sister as of yet.
Last sunday i went to london and spent a wonderfull day with my sister Carole, and met her lovely husband and son.
She produced some very old photos that she had been saving, that she got from our mothers house after her death.
Amongst these were pictures of myself as a child and of my other siblings in australia as children, carole was surprised to learn that a lot of theses photos were of me, she didn`t have a clue, there was just one from more recent years of my brother Edward, (australia) and it was almost like looking at my own eldest son as he is now, that was a surprise.
she is passing on all adresses that she can find from a few years ago, and i will take it from there.
I would have stayed at caroles a while longer, but, i had promised to visit my mother in law, who lives the other side of london, and she is old and very frail, and we were having a family get together for her.( she says jump we say how high) hahhah
All in all i had a wonderfull few days away.
I shall keep you updated with anymore news.

I am now friends on Facebook with one of my Australian sisters Janine, we have spoken on the phone last Sunday, ( 2hr 22mins 5sec ) ha and i hve phone numbers and pictures of my brother Edward and sister Wanda, .
One thing i must tell you all, my son married a polish girl 2 yrs ago, i now have a new grandson from them, whom ive mentioned on chat thread, the ironic part is,
my sisters and brother in aussie, are polish and speak polish.
Hello Linda thats a wonderful tale you have told us. I have always been wary of facebook, not wanting to give too much information away. I wonder if it is a bit like friendsreunited.
I used to run some groups for people who had grown up in the care system plus those who had been sent abroad as child immigrants. Many wished to trace family etc. It is interesting that you have done it by joining face book. The world is shrinking rapidly isn’t it? I am so pleased for you having found some family. I do hope tht all will go well. It truly is amiracle. Babs.
