Hi Jim, Morag and Pearl (that is you out there in hiding, isn’t it?!!) We finally have some sunshine today! After days and days and days of depressing rain, Mr. Sunshine has decided to pay us a visit. Of course, it is a work day, and I have to be inside, and ca’t be out there to enjoy it, but at least it’s not rain!!!!!!!
Hello Donna,Are you busy at work in your cupboard?. pearl xx
Of course!! And how are you this fine Monday?
I am fine thank you Donna, am recovering from my trip to Stratford Upon Avon.I do not know Donna if you saw, when I told Kyle.we visited the Holy trinity Church and saw the grave of William Shakespeare and his Wife and family. It was so beautiful and there was a special stained glass window which is called The Divine which is the American window.Dedicated to the Americans who helped us during WW11.I thought that may interest you. I shall be able to put some pictures up when I receive them from my friends. The whole place was breathtakingly beautiful and very old. Some of the original dates back to 1200. Pearl xx

Thank you for asking Donna,it was a wonderful evening,we had a splendid meal and and the men drank enough!! we chatted and laughed and played scrabble until we found it was 2 am.I actually wore travel sickness bands which must have worked as I was fine....felt a bit foolish and our friends thought it hilarious!.My friend had heard Andrews CD and had bought it so that pleased me.
Rather odd when we were on the canal as people stop and peer in the windows of the boat but it is such a lovely one I can understand them.Stratford itself was heaving with people, lots of Americans visit and Japanese so I hear quite a number of accents . Pearl xx

I’m so glad that the bands worked - and that you were able to enjoy what enviously sounds like a lovely, lovely evening! I love listening to different accents, don’t you? They are so......interesting!!!! I’m sure lots of folks would get a bit kick out of my good ole southern drawl!!
Jim,your Chinese characters are beautifully done, they look so elegant.Do you actually use them often?. Pearl xx
Oh, thanks, pearl, i use them often, actually i have to use them, it’s my native language
Forgive me for my ignorance Jim, you speak so well in English that I was misled.Where are they posted I went back to look at them again they are so beautiful and my eyes must be playing tricks on me as I cannot find them. Jim I think you should try and teach us some, they look so artistic. Pearl xx

I agree Donna, why don’t you video yourself and we can listen to what you sound like. All we have to go on are the films we see and I expect everyone has a regional slant to their accents. You could do a special message for Andrew .In fact wouldn’t it be fun for us all to record the same message to our darling Andrew and listen to how they all sound?..
